Sept.Wheat Futures: Chi +8 1/2------- KC +1 1/2-------MN -1/4

Wheat sales were expected to be between 400-600 tmt--came in at 668 tmt.

Markets down--good crop conditions and proteins in the KC harvest.

Drought in Iraq may cut production by .8 to 1.5 million tonnes. They are tendering for 50,000 tonnes and more purchases are expected.

Forecast for precip in the east which could cause harvest delays.

USDA report Monday.---Lower than expected spring wheat acreage but the stocks were higher than estimated.. --Corn acreage higher than expected.---87.327 million acres while trade estimates were only 85.676 million acres..

Kansas harvest underway and the reports have come in better than expected .

Wheat markets up following corn and soybeans in a weather market.

Informa estimating U.S. spring wheat acres, excluding durum, to be at 14.083 million acres which is below the USDA's current forecast of 14.3 million acres.

India's wheat production to be a record high of 78 million tonnes, which may open them to some exporting.

Brazil's wheat crop expected to be sharply higher --up from 3.82 million tonnes last year to 5.16 million tonnes
